POCO is now back with another attractive mid-ranger offering known as the POCO M4 5G, which will be succeeding the POCO M3 Pro 5G. It has a 6.6-inch Full HD+ screen with a 90Hz dynamic refresh rate. It is powered by Dimensity 810 SoC with support for 13 5G SA/NSA band.

POCO M4 Pro 5G price and availability
The POCO M4 Pro comes in Power Black, Cool Blue, and POCO Yellow colors. For those who’re interested, the POCO M4 Pro 5G is priced at 229 Euros (USD 265 / Rs 19,700 approx.) for the 4GB + 64GB version and the 6GB + 128GB version costs 249 Euros (USD 288 / Rs 21,400 approx.).
The phone will be available from November 11th on POCO.com, Aliexpress, Goboo, and Shopee globally.
Specifications and features
The M4 Pro 5G features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display which comes along with an FHD+ screen resolution of 1080×2400 pixels. It also features a 90Hz DynamicSwitch refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. Dimension-wise, the device measures 163.56×75.78×8.75 mm and weighs 195g.
Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 6nm chipset with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The phone comes in two configurations – 4GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB (UFS 2.2) storage / 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.2) storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card up to 1TB. The phone also supports up to 8GB of Virtual RAM.
On the flip side, the M4 Pro 5G flaunts a large camera island along with POCO branding. It sports a dual-camera setup which includes a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and an 8MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture. Upfront, the device has a 16MP front-facing camera with an f/2.5 aperture.
Connectivity options of the device includes 5G SA/NSA (n1/n3/n5/n7/n8/n20/n28/n38/n40/n41/n66/n77/n78), dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
The device is fitted with a 5,000mAh battery with a 33W fast charging an MMT charging tech that can charge up to 100% in 59 minutes. The phone is also IP53 dust and water-rated.
It will be shipped with MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11 out of the box on the software side. For security, the device offers a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and face unlock. Other than that, it also features a 3.5mm audio jack, Stereo Speakers, FM Radio.
