Vivo has been on a launching spree with its Y series smartphones recently. After launching the Vivo Y74s and Y76s 5G in China, the company is now back with another model dubbed as the Vivo Y76 in the Malaysian market.

The Y76 is available in two color palettes- Midnight Space and Cosmic Aurora. It has landed in Malaysia with a price tag of MYR 1,299 (~USD310). The brand might unveil the device to other Southeast Asian markets in the time to come.

The device builds around a 6.58-inch IPS LCD that offers a Full HD+ screen resolution of 1080×2480 pixels, a tall aspect ratio of 20:9, a 60Hz refresh rate, and 460nits of brightness. The company claims that it offers a 90.6% screen-to-body ratio. The device measures 163.84x75x7.79 mm and measures 175g.
Powering the smartphone is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor, which is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device also comes with 4GB of virtual RAM. The device also supports storage expansion via a microSD card.
