Micromax is all set to make a comeback in India before Diwali. Last week Rahul Sharma, the CEO of Micromax India, took to Twitter to share that Micromax will be launching a new series of phones in India. Now Micromax has revealed the front of the box for its new smartphone series named ‘In’.
Before this, Micromax had launched an Android-based smartphone last year in October. However, it wasn’t much of a success. Micromax last major launch was in the year 2018. Since then, Micromax had been trying to make a comeback but couldn’t do so.
With the ongoing anti-China feelings, Micromax plans to take advantage of the situation and establish its lost-old glory. The company will be making a comeback while launching some budget smartphones priced between Rs 7,000 to Rs 15,000.
Micromax In 1a leaked specifications
According to a leaker named Mukul Sharma, one of Micromax In 1a will feature a MediaTek Helio G35 processor. Also, there are some rumours that one more device will feature the MediaTek Helio G85 processor.
It is expected that the one named ‘Micromax In 1a’ will feature a 6.5 inch HD display. The phone is said to be powered by a 5000mAh battery. It will come with 32GB of internal storage and two RAM variants of 2GB and 3GB. It is expected that the phone will have a dual-camera setup. Since it is a budget smartphone, it can be assumed that the price will be less than Rs 10,000.
However, there are no leaks regarding the device powered by the G85 processor. We can hope that we will get some more info as we come near to the launch date. Micromax hasn’t revealed the dates either. We have to wait and watch!
