Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco has launched a new smartphone Poco X3 in India on September 22. It is the successor of Poco X2. The base variant is priced at Rs 16,999.
The Poco X3 features a 6.67-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G processor.
The phone has a new design on the back with a quad-camera setup and a massive 6000mAh battery.
Poco X3 full specifications
The Poco X3 offers a 6.67-inch FHD+ fullscreen display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The screen resolution is 2400 x 1080 pixels with an aspect ratio of 20:9. The screen comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection.
The Poco X3 is powered by Qualcomm’s newest 4G processor – Snapdragon 732G based on the Kryo 470 octa-core CPU and Adreno 618 GPU. The phone has MIUI 12 for POCO based on the Android 10 operating system.
On the rear side, the POCO X3 has a quad-camera setup with a primary 64 MP camera having Sony IMX682 Sensor and f/1.8, a 13 MP Ultra wide-angle camera with 119° field of view and f/2.2, a 2 MP Macro camera with f/2.4 and a 2 MP Depth Sensor with f/2.4.
The camera has different features such as AI SkyScaping, Timed burst, six kaleidoscope options, Gold vibes mode, Cyberpunk mode, Movie frame, AI dynamic studio, and many more.
On the front, it has a single 20MP AI Camera with f/2.2 as a hole punch in the centre.
The Poco X3 has a Hybrid SIM slot (nano-SIM + nano-SIM/microSD). The internal storage is expandable up to 512GB expandable storage with microSD.
For connectivity, it has Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 5.1, and a USB Type-C port. For Audio, it has dual stereo speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
It has necessary sensors such as a Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Electronic compass, Linear motor and IR Blaster.
For security, it has a side-mounted Fingerprint Reader and supports Face Unlock.
The Poco X3 comes with IP53 splash-proof protection. On the back, the phone has a unique finish-line design with the brand name Poco. The phone weighs about 225 grams.
Poco X3 has a massive 6000 mAh battery that supports 33W Fast-charging. The phone has an in-box 33W fast charger.
The Poco X3 comes in two colour options – Shadow Gray and Cobalt Blue. It comes in three different RAM and storage variants – 6GB/64GB, 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB.

The base variant (6GB/64GB) of Poco X3 is priced at Rs 16,999, while the mid-variant (6GB/128GB) is priced at Rs 18,499, and the upper-variant (8GB/128GB) is priced at Rs 19,999.

The first sale of Poco X3 will take place on 29th September from 12 pm via e-commerce store Flipkart.
